How to Order on-line at Nature's Child
Using Our Shopping Cart is easy. Just choose the quantity, size and colour of the item you like at the shop, then click the 'add to cart' button. The information will automatically be recorded at the electronic checkout. Once you have finished shopping, simply click on the 'finalise order' button from any of the shops and you will be taken to the order form. Once there, complete your postage and payment details. You then have the choice to print and post the form with a cheque payment or follow the prompts to order instantly with your credit card.

Our Guarantee
Nature's Child provides quality, earth-friendly products for natural pregnancy, babies and children. Our products are made from the heart, care for the earth and encourage individuality, self-esteem, trust and creativity. We sell consumables that are both convenient and earth-friendly.
Our products contain ingredients and/or intentions that respect the above.
Products are also chosen because of their high quality, and their ability to be recycled by friends and relatives when the product is no longer useful to you.
If there is any accidental fault with any product, please return it to Nature's Child so we can replace the product.
We send most of our parcels through Australia Post because they deliver to every town in Australia, you can pick up your parcel when it suits you, rather than having to wait for a courier and it is the most cost effective to country areas.
Order and Return Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy from us - our business grows from our satisfied customers. If what you buy is not what you expected, return the item unused and unwashed in original condition within 10 days for full and prompt merchandise refund. (shipping and administration costs excluded)
Return any item that contains an accidental fault and it will be replaced. Please include a copy of your original invoice.
If there is any other reason that you are not satisfied, please contact us. We want to know if there is a problem, only then can we help you
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and hold your personal information confidentially. We do not sell, rent or exchange our customer's names.
Shipping & Delivery
Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order in Australia. This means you will receive your parcel within 4 - 10 days, depending on where you live. Should there be any delay, we will contact you - please ensure your phone number is on your order form so we can do this.
If you order on-line, you will receive an immediate email acknowledgement of your order. If you require urgent delivery, please phone or email us and we can cost a courier delivery for you.
Calculating Freight Costs
The freight you see at the end of your order is the exact cost via Australia Post to send the parcel to you.
When we enter a product on our web site, the following happens to make sure you are getting an accurate quote on freight.
1 - Each product is weighed individually and entered into our freight calculator.
2 - The Australia Post calculator produces the exact cost that it is to send using Australia Post parcel service based on your specific address.
3 - We need your address to give you an accurate shipping quote. This happens at the shopping cart once you are ready to order. This allows us to make an exact calculation of freight. The reason we don’t ask for your address first is that most people would find this cumbersome and may not proceed if they were just browsing instead of shopping.
4 - $2 is then added to every order for registered post to protect your parcel and ensure it reaches you promptly and so that it can be tracked in case of Australia Posts occasional disappearing acts.
Based on this, it is probable that your freight costs are exactly what our cost is to post it to you. This does not calculate the time it takes our staff to pack your order.
Occasionally, we use fast way couriers if you live in a major city and if it is a phone order, we will quote you the cheapest price. This is sometimes cheaper than what the website calculator offers you.
If you think the postage costs look too high, send me your order via email along with your address and I can calculate the best price for shipping using the most cost effective freight carrier. I would also like to offer you the option of phoning us on 1300 555 632, toll free and we will give you the best price on your order.
Organic baby Products are rare in Australia and no matter what size the order is, our margins are very small. It is not a very profitable industry. We in it do it for the love of our babies. For this reason, discounts are very difficult to offer. I appreciate this is difficult to understand when you are placing a large order but our industry just doesn’t have the margins for discounts. We do ask for as many sample size products as possible from our manufacturers and we do our best to include these for you when you place your order. This will not happen every time but we do reward larger orders where possible. This is one of the many ways that we look after people and say thank you for large orders.
Reward Points
Shopping on-line is convenient for you because you can browse as many times as you like and only order when you are ready. It is also time efficient for us to process your order this way. So…we say thank you with reward points!
We reward you for every dollar you spend with us. Reward Points are only applied when payments are made on line. They do not apply to offline orders submitted through the shopping cart, phone orders or shop orders.
Reward Points can only be redeemed with on-line orders.
On-line shopping can result in free or reduced postage on subsequent orders. Reward Points will be applied within 2 days of your successful payment on-line ready to use again. Let them bank up or use them as you go.

The following charges will automatically be calculated for you. These services and charges ensure that your parcel will arrive quickly and safely.

Packaging
Meeting consumer demands of packaging and quality control is still challenging for manufacturers of earth-friendly products. Some manufacturers of our products use plastic packaging because they see little alternative at the present for protecting their product in the post. In such cases, they have made efforts to use bags that can be recycled - so if you receive a product in a plastic bag, please recycle by re-using these bags for as long as possible.
If you order a bottle or Jar from us, our first choice at Nature's Child will be to pack it in shredded paper in a box. If you receive it in Plastic bubble wrap instead, it will be because someone has sent me bubble wrap and I prefer to recycle it instead of throw it away. Please do the same. Please re-use any other packaging that arrives to you from us.
If you have any suggestions about how we can improve our packaging to be more earth-friendly, we would love to hear from you. And I know that some of my manufactures are struggling to come up with more sustainable ideas for their product packaging and would love to hear from you too! That goes for any suggestions you can help us with to make us honourably earth-friendly!
