An Australian Organic Product from Tasmania for Your Baby. For babies from the age of 6 months. Baby Porridge introduces your baby to new tastes. Made from organically grown oats and milled, cooked and dried into fine flakes it is ideal for breakfast or a light, nutritious meal through the day.

Baby Porridge is easy to prepare by mixing with breast milk. You can also use cooled and boiled water or warmed infant formula. For delicious variety when your baby is older, try our organic Baby Porridge with home-cooked and pureed organic apple or pear, naturally ripened and mashed organic banana or freshly stewed organic peaches.

Bellamy�s support the World Health Organisation�s recommendation of six months as the ideal age to introduce solid foods to your baby�s diet because the digestive system is more mature, is less likely to develop a dietary allergy and by this time babies are also able to sit up more comfortably and have lost the 'tongue thrust' reflex making spoon feeding much easier.

However, if your baby health professional has advised you to introduce a single ingredient first food between the ages of four and six months then be assured that Bellamy�s Organic Baby Rice is more than suitable to use for your baby�s first food.
